The Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE is an international vocational college with two campuses in Townsville and six campuses spread over North Queensland, Australia. It is a government-owned Technical and Further Education institute catering to the domestic and international markets with a wide range of academic programs at the Certificate and Diploma levels. The TAFE caters to approximately over 14,700 students from regional, national and international level.
Most universities have articulation arrangements with Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE in the recognition of TAFE qualifications to provide credit and exemptions towards Bachelor degree programs.
